MyJobPass provides a free digital profile (your "JobPass") that you can use to present your work details to potential employers. We also provide links to third-party job platforms and a Job Search Activity Record.
MyJobPass is a tool to help you in your job search. We do not guarantee employment, and we are not an employment agency or recruitment service.
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use MyJobPass.
The basic JobPass is free. JobPass Pro is a one-off payment of £4.99 that unlocks additional features. There is no subscription and no recurring charges. The Pro upgrade is non-refundable once features have been accessed, but you may contact us within 14 days of purchase if you have not used any Pro features and we will provide a full refund.
You own your information. You can update or delete it at any time through your dashboard. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.
Your profile page is only accessible via your unique personal link. We do not publish or make your profile searchable. You decide who you share your link with.
We provide links to third-party job platforms (like Deliveroo, TaskRabbit, Indeed Flex, etc.) as a service to you. We are not affiliated with these companies and are not responsible for their services, terms, or hiring decisions. Some links may be affiliate links — this costs you nothing.
Your Activity Record shows when you registered and which platforms you accessed through MyJobPass. We provide this as a factual record. We make no guarantees about how the Job Centre or any other body will view this record.

If we offer a referral programme, rewards are subject to the terms displayed at the time. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw the programme at any time. We may disqualify referrals that appear fraudulent.
MyJobPass is provided "as is." We do our best to keep the service running and your data safe, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by UK law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us (if any).
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of significant changes. Continued use of MyJobPass after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
